This offering includes outdoor product, furnace and coils, air handler, Nexia, customer service, Trane 360 and many others.  You can conveniently play videos from wherever you  are with the touch of a finger tip and no login required. You are also able to login to access our eLearning courses and SkillSoft Library.

How Do I Play Videos and Courses?

To play videos, simply click play. To play courses, click Enroll to log in to the  LMS  using your ComfortSite username and welcome  as the password. Or log in to ComfortSite, click Training Center, and then click Trane LMS - Single Sign On.



New eLearning Series - 2 NATE Recertification Hours

This FREE eLearning series includes seven modules:
  • Module 1: Introduction and Ohm's Law (25 minutes)
  • Module 2: Board Overview Troubleshooting Steps (14 minutes)
  • Module 3: Schematics Overview (13 minutes)
  • Module 4: AC Schematics (12 minutes)
  • Module 5: Furnace Schematics (17 minutes)
  • Module 6: Furnace Troubleshooting (11 minutes)
  • Module 7: Heat Pump Schematics (13 minutes)
Total Course Length:  105 Minutes



Play the modules separately or together. Log in to the  LMS using your ComfortSite username and welcome as the password. Or log in to ComfortSite, click Training Center, and then click Trane LMS - Single Sign On. Search for  Schematics and Electrical .
