CEO Message
Are you ready to e-VOLVE?

For months we've been saying it's coming; that it's just around the corner, that it's at our doorstep. This month, it arrived: TransForm has inked a deal on behalf of its hospital members to replace existing Hospital Information Systems (HISs) with Cerner's Millennium platform.

e-VOLVE is more than just a technology project. It is a clinical transformation that will help the region standardize and streamline clinical workflows and care pathways, decrease the number of duplicate tests and improve communications between clinicians and organizations.

As TransForm continues to grow and evolve, the organization has several job opportunities available. Visit the careers page on our website for more information on available job opportunities.
Invoicing Project Reducing Work and Saving Time for Member Hospitals
TransForm rolled out improvements to procurement and payment processes to its member hospitals in January. The Procure to Pay project, developed collaboratively by TransForm's performance, supply chain and finance teams, aims to improve and streamline workflows to prevent invoices from going on hold.

"The project is about TransForm and our member hospitals working better together to standardized and optimize workflows," said Kyle Shafer, Change Management Advisor.

Since the implementation of the newly developed workflows and processes, and initial roll out of training to member hospital staff, there has been a reduction in the number of invoices on hold.

"Previously nearly 1500 invoices were sitting on hold every week. That has been reduced by 40% to around 900," said Shafer. He credits the hard work of staff at both TransForm and member hospitals for the project's early successes. Greater results are anticipated once the project is fully implemented later this year.
