Collaboration & Team Building: The Power of Partnership in Action

At TransForm, we believe that teamwork is more than a value, it’s the foundation of innovation and progress. The phrase “Teamwork makes the dream work” may sound simple, but it captures a powerful truth: when individuals come together with a shared purpose, they can achieve extraordinary things.

Consider the story of Walt Disney and his team of animators, who brought to life characters and stories that have inspired generations. Disney’s vision of a place where families could learn and have fun together, a park that was “never finished”, was brought to life through tireless collaboration and a shared belief in what was possible. Despite skepticism and numerous obstacles, that collective effort created something truly transformative.

We carry that same spirit of vision-driven collaboration at TransForm.

Our bold mission is to transform and innovate the healthcare system through strategic partnerships and service excellence. This mission is not ours alone, it is one we pursue in close collaboration with our hospital partners, community stakeholders and vendors, who are essential to making meaningful change possible.

We’ve seen this in action through the implementation of our new governance structure, which brings together voices from across the healthcare system to align goals and drive forward together. Most notably, the successful e-VOLVE project go-live at Bluewater Health stands as a testament to what can be achieved through interdisciplinary collaboration. In just six months, a nearly unheard-of timeline, our teams, in partnership with BWH staff and leadership, implemented Oracle Health to support more connected, patient-focused care.

Achievements like this remind us: we are stronger together.

The healthcare landscape is complex and ever-evolving. But when teams listen deeply, adapt, innovate, and support one another through change, great things happen. We may not always agree on every step, but it is our shared vision and our collective commitment that lead us forward.

Success requires persistence, even in uncertain times. While challenges will always arise, we are not defined by them. We are defined by how we respond, with unity, resilience and purpose. At TransForm, we’ve stood shoulder to shoulder with our partners through the toughest moments, building stronger systems and relationships in the process.

As we continue to move forward, I am confident that the strength of our partnerships will continue to shape a more innovative, responsive, and efficient healthcare system for the communities we serve.

Let me leave you with a quote that inspires our work at TransForm:

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has.”

– Margaret Mead

Together, we are that group. And together, we are transforming healthcare.

Meet: Anna Rondinelli

Administrative Assistant

To ensure our leadership team at TransForm has the resources and support they need to do their jobs effectively and efficiently, our administrative assistants work hard to keep them organized, informed and on time. Assigned to TransForm’s senior team, Anna Rondinellialso keeps several key Journey to the Cloud committeesand projects on track by organizing minutes, agendas, meeting schedules and more.

Anna is also known as the “face” of TransForm – the first person you see when working on site at the Quality Way offices in Windsor. Greeting staff and visitors alike, she sits at the front desk, directing people as well as responding to inquiries by phone.

Only at TransForm for less than a year, Anna has jumped in with both feet and uses her previous experience to navigate a very busy position.

“In my previous role as the Administrator at Plasman HQ, my main key roles were managing all office duties, fielding inquiries, overseeing meetings and supervising other administrative personnel,” Anna noted.

With the number of people she supports, Anna said one of her biggest challenges is managing multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.

“The challenge requires constant prioritization and effective communication to ensure tasks and projects stay on track,” Anna said.

“I start my day with a to-do list and allocate specific time blocks for different tasks, as well as categorizing urgency and important tasks in a timely fashion.”

Her strategy to keep herself on track and anticipate the needs of those she supports, she explained, is actively participating in planning sessions, contributing ideas and insight to the groups and understanding the strengths and weaknesses of others.

Despite the challenges of the job, Anna said there is a great deal she likes about her job that keeps her upbeat and approachable, no matter how busy she is.

“The position offers goal-oriented leadership, a work-life balance, and a mix of short-term projects and long-term goals that keeps me engaged and interested,” Anna explained.

To ensure that work-life balance, Anna said she has several outlets that help her relax and shake off those everyday stresses. “Outside of work I enjoy traveling, walking and family time, which bring joy and balance into my life,” she said.

While still learning some of the ins and outs of her role, Anna has quickly become an integral part of the team at TransForm, providing friendly, timely support for many key personnel and projects. Her constant smile teamed with professionalism and attention to detail has made her an excellent resource and coworker.

Introducing TransForm's Communications Hub

We’re excited to announce the launch of the TransForm Communications Hub, your new one-stop destination for all communications, tools, and updates from TransForm Shared Service Organization.

Looking for the latest TransForm news? Need access to communiqués, how-to guides, or key project resources? The Communications Hub has been designed with our stakeholders in mind, providing a streamlined, centralized space where they can easily access the information you need to stay informed and work efficiently.

As the volume of information related to regional projects such as Journey to the Cloud, Proofpoint DLP, and others continues to grow, we recognize the need for a centralized location that brings together everything in one place. The new Communications Hub, built on SharePoint, organizes important content in a user-friendly format – simplifying how stakeholders stay connected to project updates, policies, and essential materials.

What You’ll Find in the Hub:

  • Latest news and updates from TransForm.
  • Project materials and communiqués.
  • How-to guides and training documents.
  • Security alerts and updates.
  • Quick links to the RSD Service Portal, regional policies, forms, and more.

Whether you're a member hospital staff, part of our internal teams, or one of our valued health partners, the Communications Hub offers quick, convenient access to both current and historical information.

From project documentation to day-to-day resources, everything is organized to support your workflow and ensure you can find what you need when you need it.

The Hub is also built with the future in mind. As new projects and materials are introduced, the site will continue to grow and evolve to meet your needs. We welcome your feedback as we enhance this valuable resource together.
