November 2021 – Anaheim, CA – Craftech EDM Corporation of Anaheim, California has recently been acquired by Nashville, TN-based Sage Park, a global, operations-focused acquisition group.

Craftech specializes in the engineering and production of advanced plastic components for medical, life sciences, high-tech, and consumer applications.
Rapid Mold Solutions Acquired
November 2021 – Erie, PA – Rapid Mold Solutions (RMS) of Erie, PA has recently been acquired by Adler Industrial Solutions of Omaha, NE. This is their second acquisition in Pennsylvania after Shorts Tool & Mfg. was acquired earlier this year. RMS will provide Adler with broader capabilities, especially in rapid prototyping and short production runs.

Air-Tite Holders Acquired
November 2021 – North Adams – Air-Tite Holders, Inc. of North Adams, MA has been acquired by Ultra PRO International LLC, the leading brand in trading card collecting and gaming supplies.

Founded in 1980 by the Therrien family, Air-Tite offers storage systems to protect, store, organize and present collectible coins in a wide variety of currencies, denominations, and sizes.
