Meet Logan Ueno - UC Davis
In 2021, Logan transferred to the University of California Davis as a political science major.
What do you enjoy about your transfer university?
Being at UC Davis has opened new doors and allowed me to take advantage of being spontaneous with my group of friends. I love the people that I've met and the generosity they bring to the campus by creating a welcoming environment for all students.
| |
|
What transfer advice would you give to future FC transfer students?
Start your college applications early, especially your personal insight questions. I personally went through four drafts to ensure that it flowed well. I had others read my drafts to see if I was answering the prompt concisely.
Currently, I am involved with the Associated Students, serving as the interim transfer student representative. I recommend that you join activities that interest you such as a club that shares similar interests. Go with the flow and be spontaneous and reach out to make new friends. Education is important, but also go have fun as well!
