UC Irvine Summer Virtual Advising Appointments

• California Community College transfer virtual appointments allow you to meet with a UCI Transfer Admission Counselor in order to ask questions on a one-on-one basis. 

• Must currently be attending a CA Community College (CCC). Cannot advise on non-CCC coursework.

• Create or update your Transfer Admission Planner (TAP)

• To ensure you're getting the most out of your appointment, the TAP must be created and updated with the most up-to-date academic information. 

• Please select a date on the calendar and register by choosing an event option. All times listed are in the Pacific Time Zone.

• Please note, you should only register for ONE appointment at a time.

USC Viterbi Transfer Engineering & Computer Science Virtual Information Session

• The virtual information session is a live presentation from a USC Viterbi admission counselor designed to help students prepare to transfer. 

• The session will cover an overview of undergraduate engineering programs, the application process, and more on student life. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the presentation.

• The transfer presentation is a 1-hour program offered every other Friday; it does not include a one-on-one meeting with a Viterbi admission counselor. All programs are listed in Pacific Time.

• The session is not intended for students who have already submitted an application and are waiting to receive their admission decision.

UC Winter/Spring 2023 Application Extended!

• Select UC campuses have extended the deadline for admission to the winter/spring 2023 term. UC Application link

• UC Merced will continue to accept first-year and transfer applications for the spring 2023 semester.

• UC Riverside and UC Santa Cruz will continue to accept transfer applications for the winter 2023 quarter.

• The extended deadline is now August 31, 2022. 

• Transfer students applying for the winter/spring 2023 term must update their summer 2022 grades and planned fall 2022 coursework using the Transfer Academic Update (TAU). 

• Even if students do not have any in-progress or planned courses and their record of course grades was complete in their original application, they must log in to their application and complete the TAU.

• The TAU priority deadline for 2023 winter/spring applicants is September 15, 2022.
