Marcus Heidler – Partner
Marcus has 15+ years of experience as an operator and advisor to large, middle market and lower middle market Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies. He has worked across a variety of transactions including buy-side advisory, operations due diligence, M&A integration, sell-side due diligence and carve-outs. Prior to joining Beckway, Marcus was a Partner in PwC’s value creation practice and is an experienced investor and entrepreneur.
Garrick Peiffer – Senior Director
Garrick has extensive experience in integration, optimization, margin improvement, and corporate support function transformation topics, including finance, IT, legal, procurement, HR, customer service, and various other niche functions. Prior to joining Beckway, Garrick worked at Boston Consulting Group where he was a Principal in the corporate support functions practice focusing on SG&A cost transformations.
Ryan Kelley – Director
Ryan has over 14 years of experience in supply chain, process improvement, and analytics. Prior to joining Beckway, Ryan worked as an associate Director of Partner Operations at Wayfair, where he managed teams driving the end-to-end performance of the network of suppliers as their products moved through the international supply chain.
