Dear Earthlight Promotions Soul Friends,💖
My Summer Ancestral Vision Quest Back to New Hampshire and Ogunquit Beach, Maine, was by far the highlight of my 2026 summer. If you are open to diving deep into the waters of ancestral healing with me, take a moment to click the link below to read my latest brief blog. My soul mission is to help ease the pain of others who have held on to ancestral trauma; however, I must first release my own. I have worked for many years on the ancestral pain linked to my mother's side, the brown-bodied people whom I spent my formative years with the African ,Jamaican, Native American Cherokee lineage; now for the first time I got the call of my patriarchal ancestors of William Gifford Nickerson on the English/Irish side whom I am getting to know through etherical spirit communications, old photographs dating back to the early 1800's I acquired on the July 12-21 sacred journey to their homesteads and, swimming the same lakes, hugging the same trees, and jumping into the frigid refreshing ocean waters off the shores of Maine.
This Saturday, October 3, join Sound Healer Dante Baker at the Beloved Sanctuary in Reston, VA, and experience a totally sensory experience to ground the body, calm the mind, immerse the body in melodic sounds designed to release tension, settle into a deep meditative state to peacefully connect with the day-to-day stress of the beta brain activity, and dive deeper into the states of consciousness where the sweet whispers of your soul reside, creating a space of reflective insights to counter the complex overthinking that our modern world can create. Scroll down for more details and to sign up.
Mark your calendar for yet another Pathways Fall Expo on Sunday, October 25, at Tyson’s Corner Hilton. For tickets and booth space, scroll down and click the website link. I'll be there, so I hope to reconnect with some of my Earthlight friends. Send me a text or email if you want to meet up at the largest and longest-running Body, Mind & Spirit Expo in the DMV.

$40.00 Rooted into Resonance Sound Bath with
Dante Baker
Tickets are $40 in advance, $45 on October 3rd.
Join us for a two-hour immersive sound journey designed to ground the body, calm the mind, and open a deeper sense of inner presence. This experience will begin with one hour of live, earthy, rhythmic music featuring the warm tones of the wooden drone flute, the melodic resonance of the pan drum, the heartbeat pulse of the frame drum, and subtle textures from a drum machine. Together, these sounds will create a grounding atmosphere that invites movement, breath, and connection to the present moment.
The second hour will gently guide you into stillness through the soothing vibrations of singing bowls. As the tones unfold, you’ll be invited to relax deeply, release tension, and settle into a meditative state of mind. This sound bath is intended to support rest, reflection, and nervous system balance, offering a peaceful space to reconnect with yourself.
No prior meditation or sound bath experience is needed. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the music and vibrations to carry you inward.

Meet Narda Ruby Siwar Quenti, Founder of Royal Hummingbird Cacao.
Narda is a woman, an Incan descendant from Ecuador, and has been sharing the love of cacao since 2018, after discovering cacao ceremonies in 2013. This sacred ancient fruit and its beauty helped Narda discover her gifts and passions. She is excited to share the cacao drink and the bliss and love it brings with you.
Narda has served cacao in a ceremony setting at different venues, including Women's Circles, Interfusion Festival (Arlington, VA), Ecstatic Dances (Washington, D.C.), weddings, Spring Equinoxes, and Summer Solstices. She has been a traveler and has learned various therapeutic and healing/holistic arts over the years, such as Herbal Medicine, Qigong, Breathing Techniques, Sound Healing, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and gentle massage. She is also a sacred space facilitator and Kambo practitioner. Her inner and outer exploration over the years has led her to a better understanding of the healing properties of the traditional Amazonian plant medicines used by her Ancestors in Ecuador. These tools, along with compassion and nurturing care, have enabled her to serve others by helping them create an improved vessel (body), ready to explore the possibilities Pachamama (Mother Earth) offers.
Discover the unique qualities of our premium cacao sourced from a loving, caring farm. We focus on sustainability and ethical practices to deliver the best flavors to your palate.

" I drink Royal Hummingbird Cacao every morning, not only is it delicious, but it's my daily anti-depressant that contains natural mood-supporting compounds like anandamide, serotonin, and dopamine, the feel-good neurotransmitter. I add a bit of turmeric, cinnamon, a pinch of black pepper, and splash of maple syrup with a sprinkle of rose petals on top, and I have more energy for my daily dog walks and focus for my creative projects."

Seashells are remarkable tools to help us navigate through life. They assist us in uncovering hidden thoughts and feelings that may be limiting. Spirituality teaches us that we create our reality from our thoughts and beliefs. Subconscious thoughts impact our lives behind the scenes. Seashells provide an opportunity to gain awareness of anything no longer serving us and empower us with new options for our future. We can use this information for personal growth and transformation, or to provide insights for others. Using Ocean Oracle I will assist you in decoding the messages from the sea shell kingdom leading to insights for personal empowerment and transformation!
