Dear San Diego Jewish Academy Family,
We are delighted to share a momentous announcement that will forever shape the future of the San Diego Jewish Academy.
Dan & Jaime Feder, dedicated SDJA parents and esteemed community philanthropists, have made an extraordinary legacy commitment to the San Diego Jewish Academy in support of the Legacy Guardian Program. Through this ground-breaking approach to planned giving, Dan & Jaime were able to leverage their generous gift to secure $5.5M in future support for SDJA’s endowment via life insurance policies, thanks to our generous cohort supporters.
A very special cohort of SDJA Past Presidents and our current Head of School participated as Guardian Program supporters and maximized their unused insurability to secure $5.5M in future gifts for SDJA. We are so grateful to Charles & Randi Wax, Leo Spiegel, David & Claire Ellman, Ingram Losner & Jane Willoughby, Theresa Dupuis & Gary Kornfeld, and Zvi & Debra Weiss for coming together to provide sustained funding for our school.
The impact of this legacy commitment cannot be overstated. The Feder Family’s dedication to our school and their vision for the future of Jewish education is an inspiration to us all. The impact of this is immeasurable as it provides SDJA with future funding to meet the evolving needs of the school and ensures the strength of our school for years to come.
Together, we celebrate the generosity and vision of Dan & Jaime Feder, whose legacy commitment represents the very essence of our school’s mission. We invite you to join us in celebrating this significant gift and embrace the exciting future that lies ahead, one where our Jewish community flourishes thanks to the profound impact of an SDJA education.
