for our premier fundraising event.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and to ensure the safety of guests, the 2020 Spring Gala was canceled.

Today we invite you anew to join us
for this year's re-imagined
as we honor Dr. Julia McNamara and Lynn and Frank Mara
and celebrate Catholic education.

Together, we can help realize Bishop Frank Caggiano's vision of transformational, innovative and "best in class"
Catholic schools throughout the Diocese of Bridgeport.
Join us online at 6:00 pm for our moving and educational program,
featuring Bishop Frank Caggiano, honorees Lynn and Frank Mara
and Dr. Julia M. McNamara, heartwarming video and live auction!
Eli Manning may even make a surprise appearance!

Sponsors are invited to host small gatherings at their home and enjoy our host package
which includes home delivery of a delicious dinner for 10 prepared by Marcia Selden Catering, two bottles of premiere wine donated by Paula and Tom McInerney,
and a unique New York Giants floral centerpiece.

Helping Families Afford Catholic Education

is well underway.

Our scholarship committee is meeting frequently
over the next few weeks in preparation for award announcements in May.
FIE Visits 73Leaders of Tomorrow Scholars
The COVID-19 pandemic made our in-person recognition breakfast impossible this year.

Yet these Leaders of Tomorrow students are as inspiring and important as ever.
We wanted to recognize them in a special way!

On behalf of their sponsor and Foundations in Education, and in an effort to let them know how proud we are of them and their achievements, we visited each school and hand-delivered a special package to each of our 73 LOT students.

Their recognition package included their Leader of Tomorrow Certificate signed by Bishop Caggiano, a personalized letter from FIE, a hand-made FIE face mask and a giant cookie.
While disappointed in not meeting their sponsor in person, the students were delighted to be called from class to receive their special recognition.

Pictured to the right is 1st Grader Valeria who is a distance learner this year due to a heart condition. When she heard the news of the special delivery, she came to school to accept it in person.
Our hearts are full!
