Dear OkTA Members and Transit Friends,

As we look ahead, all eyes are on Tulsa — and for good reason. In just a few short weeks, the Oklahoma Transit Association will welcome transit professionals from across the state and beyond to the OkTA Annual Transit Conference & Tradeshow, October 21–24, 2025, at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center.

This is more than a conference — it’s our once‑a‑year opportunity to gather as a statewide community, share ideas, explore innovations, and strengthen the future of transit in Oklahoma.
Whether you’re a first‑time attendee or a familiar face, you’ll find something here to inspire you:

  • A keynote address that will challenge and energize us.
  • A lineup of engaging speakers and informative sessions.
  • A bustling tradeshow floor with industry suppliers.
  • Networking events that connect you with peers, partners, old friends, and new opportunities.

If you haven’t registered yet, I encourage you to do so today. Your presence matters — not just for your own professional growth, but for the collective strength of our industry. Every conversation, every question, and every shared success story helps move transit forward in our state.

You can register now at www.oktransit.org. Additional information about the conference program, speakers, and events is provided below in this newsletter.

I look forward to seeing you in Tulsa and making this year’s conference our most impactful yet.

Thanks!

Andrea Ball
