COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE MEETING
After reviewing issues with the Talk to Us bulletin board, the Communications Committee decided to pause the program and restart once the kinks are worked out. More information coming soon.
JOINT ADVISORY TEAM MEETING
The Joint Advisory Team met with Leigh Stringfellow, Deacon Sam Basta, and Fr. Tuan on February 17. The following was discussed:

New Parish Name
Over 300 votes from parishioners have been received and recorded. At the March Joint Pastoral Council meeting, the data will be analyzed, and the top three names will be shared with Fr. Tuan. He will send a letter with the names to Archbishop Etienne, and after discernment, the Archbishop will make the final decision on the new parish name.

Webinar
We discussed the best options for delivering the webinar to allow parishioners to hear what was discussed at the January Archbishop listening session with leaders from Holy Rosary, St. Ann, St. John of the Woods, St. Rita of Cascia, and Visitation. Representatives from the archdiocese will be Leigh Stringfellow and Deacon Sam. Other participants will be representatives from the Joint Advisory Team. A date for the webinar will be announced once the schedule is determined.

Overview of the Webinar
