These reporting and submission requirements will not be adjusted. Districts and charters are encouraged to keep detailed records concerning LEA closures and student absences. Detailed records regarding SPP13 transition planning timelines may include but are not limited to school calendar/closures, student attendance records, comprehensive records of phone calls made or attempted, and copies of correspondence sent to/from parents. Districts and charters can provide clarifications of any missed timelines through the data clarification process in August, once the SPP 13 application closes on August 14th. All applicable districts are required to report data into the SPP 13 application, which opened on April 1, 2020. Please note the SPP 13 application will close on August 14, 2020.
