A.	Election of Vice Chair - Tom Kirk

Recommendation : That the Transportation Committee nominate and elect a Vice Chair to complete the term for FY 2018/2019.

B.	Western Coachella Valley Blowsand and Flooding Study - Martin Magaña

Recommendation : Authorize the Executive Director to release a Request for Proposals for development of a plan that provides near-term solutions to impacts from blowsand and flooding events in the Coachella Valley.

C.	Amendment No 2 for North Indian Canyon Drive Widening Project - Eric Cowle

Recommendation : Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Reimbursement Agreement for the North Indian Canyon Drive Widening Project in the amount not to exceed $3,591,000, adding the City of Desert Hot Springs (Agency) to the original agreement and establishing proportional cost share estimates; and authorize the Executive Director and Legal Counsel to make minor modifications prior to execution.

D.	Reimbursement Agreement for Preliminary Engineering for the Intersection Avenue 50 and Jackson Street Project - Eric Cowle

Recommendation : Approve a Reimbursement Agreement between CVAG and the City of Indio for Preliminary Engineering for the Avenue 50 and Jackson Street Intersection Project for an amount not-to-exceed $225,000; and authorize the Executive Director and/or Legal Counsel to make minor modifications prior to execution.
