The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) will be hosting the first public workshop for the Foulkstone Pathway project to discuss alternative designs for improving the pathway between Foulk Road and Saddler Lane.
This project was identified in the US202 Masterplan and Monitoring Group to improve regional bicycle connectivity and submitted by WILMAPCO to DelDOT for prioritization in the FY26 Bike/ Pedestrian Program. The project was moved forward into design for its value in facilitating connections from where people live to parks, schools, transit, employment, and community centers by bicycle on ‘low-stress’ streets and pathways.
