The Safe Streets Awards are an opportunity to highlight individuals and jurisdictions that have led by example in creating better streets for all users. One community and one individual will be honored from Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Conference attendees will be voting to select the recipient of the 2022 People’s Choice Award. January 21st is the last day to nominate your Safe Streets Champions! Do you know someone who is helping to advance Complete Streets and should be recognized at the 2022 Safe Streets Summit?
The TPA recently created this life cycle of a project flyer to show what it takes for a transportation project to be completed! These are the major phases of the road-building process. Each project’s circumstances, requirements and risks shape the development process to the individual project and its life cycle. Please share this resource to educate your community and partners!
The Palm Beach TPA administers three competitive application processes annually for the funding of projects located within Palm Beach County. A pre-application meeting virtual or in-person is required with TPA and FDOT representatives to discuss project specifics and clarify application requirements.
