Transtech Engineers, Inc. is a distinguished team that has a mix of multi-disciplinary expertise that includes Engineering, Design, Planning, and Funding for both the public and private sectors.
The Washington Blvd Project provides significant improvements and benefits both locally and regionally with improved traffic control measures, reduced traffic delays, and beautification to enhance the quality of life for the citizens of Commerce, commuters and the surrounding communities.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
For the second year in a row, one of Transtech’s Construction Managementprojects received the coveted APWA BEST Award in the Creative and Innovative Category! The APWA BEST Award was established to recognize public agencies for outstanding public works projects. Transtech is proud to be honored with the 2018 APWA BEST Award for the Washington Boulevard and I-5 Freeway Ramp Project.
Transtech serves as Building Official, Inspector, Plan Checker, or Permit Technician for several public agencies. All of the Building and Safety staff is highly qualified and holds several ICC Certifications. Our team members are active members of various organizations and sit in different capacities on several boards and commissions forCALBOandICC.Our services are cost effective and an added service that we are able to offer our client cities. GRANT WRITING
Transtech has successfully obtained over $100 Million in grant funding for both federal and state funding sources. The Transtech staff is highly versed in Caltrans and Federal funding procedures including obligating funds through the E-76 process for PE and CE phases as well as processing reimbursements and doing complete Funds management. RSP CERTIFICATE
Transtech is very proud to recognize Melissa Demirci and Jana Robbins, part of the Traffic Engineering Department in being part of the first group of professionals in the nation to receive and become a Road Safety Professional (RSP). Congratulations! Transtech offers traffic and transportation engineering services from preparing traffic studies for stop warrants, crosswalks, resident requests or investigations, preparing traffic scoping review for Cities as well as serves on traffic commissions and boards. Our staff is well versed in city government procedures and frequently prepare city council staff reports and resolutions. Being an engineering firm, we take pride in all things STEM related and to be able to give back to the youth in our communities make us hopeful for our future.
S.T.E.M. WORKSHOP
The Transtech team proudly hosted a STEM Booth focusing on Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics with games for the children attending the festival. We used this as an educational opportunity to share our love of engineering with the youth through an interactive booth where we built small catapults and a personal spider web! The youth and our Transtech team members who facilitated the activities enjoyed this immensely!

We resolve sophisticated engineering and environmental issues with local communities and counties, and State and Federal environmental permitting agencies.
