Food Preservation Workshops
With the appearance of fresh strawberries at the farmer's market and road side stands, it is never too early to begin thinking about food preservation.  A series of classes have been scheduled through the summer at our office.

Contact Renay Knapp renay_knapp@ncsu.edu if you would like to have these classes presented for a group you are involved in  and one can be scheduled in your community.
