All contracts must be reviewed and signed by Rick Peluso before executing. Please send the contract to Rick directly or through accounting@score.org. He will return the contract to the person submitting it from the chapter. The chapter should get the vendor to sign and then provide the fully executed contract to accounting@score.org with either a Form 14 as a check request for each payment or a recurring bills form if payments need to be set up as regularly recurring such as a rental lease.

Remember we will need 3 new quotes for any vendor expected to be more than $10,000 in FY22 and a letter for any multiyear contracts rolling over to the new fiscal year.

It is also required for Rick to review and sign any donor/grant applications to confirm that it doesn’t conflict with SCORE’s federal grant.

The Annual Code of Ethics helps our volunteers ensure the highest quality and standard in providing services to our clients. This module is required by all SCORE volunteers to be completed annually. It will be open for volunteers beginning July 1 and must be completed by August 31.
