Dear Treasury Management Customer,

Following up on the email you received on October 11th, we look forward to welcoming you to First Mid Bank & Trust (First Mid) on Monday, December 4, 2023! Our team is dedicated to making this transition as seamless as possible, ensuring you continue to receive the outstanding service you have received from the Blackhawk team.

As a Treasury Management client, you will be enrolled in First Mid’s Commercial Online Banking platform. A generalized conversion timeline is attached. We are currently in the Prepare phase. Additional information will be provided about the timeline details in future communications, including upcoming training dates and action items. To help ensure a smooth transition, it’s important to follow the Action Steps as we move along the conversion timeline.

  • Please save the date for systems training that will take place between November 20th-30th. You can expect to receive training registration links the week of November 6th.
