Near West Rec Families! Are you looking to keep your young ones active while they're home from school?

Trying to have the kids burn some energy and not play video games all day?

We thought so! So we put together a little family challenge involving exercises that require no equipment and minimal space!

The NWR Family Workout Challenge consists of 10 reps each of push-ups, star jumps, sit-ups, squats, and lunges. Done every hour from right when you wake up, to just before bed.

Share your family doing the workout challenge together on Facebook or Instagram, tag Near West Recreation, and your children may win free registration for one of our many programs!

Please stay safe during these uncertain times. Be kind to one another and look out for your neighbors
