Rising from the ashes, the site at 1200 Humbracht Circle is entering a new chapter. After sitting vacant following the 2022 Access document storage fire, the property has been revitalized into iFrost, a 100,000-square-foot facility dedicated to the growing cold storage industry.
Developed by G-Ninety, iFrost serves as a strategic addition to the region’s logistics infrastructure. The facility was designed to address a critical need within the food and pharmaceutical sectors: reliable, high-precision temperature control storage. Operating 24/7, the site offers the flexibility to handle products ranging from standard refrigeration (40°F) to deep-freeze conditions (-10°F).
In partnership with Axis Warehouse & Logistics, iFrost integrates temperature-controlled storage with a dependable distribution network, streamlining the movement of essential goods through the supply chain.
With 11 dock doors and a suite of certifications—including FDA, USDA, and AIB—the facility meets the highest regulatory standards for safety and cleanliness. The opening of iFrost marks a significant transition for the site, moving from a period of vacancy to a fully operational hub for modern logistics.

Help grow Bartlett’s canopy this season! The Village is excited to announce the return of our long-running Parkway Tree Program for the Spring planting season. Starting March 9, residents can partner with the Village to reforest and diversify our local streetscapes.

Ready to plant? Orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and quantities are limited. Check the interactive tree map to confirm your property has an eligible parkway space.
