Throughout my career, I have passionately adhered to that philosophy and look forward to continuing that focus at Neighborhood Leadership Institute. As an NLC graduate, I am excited to be back with the NLI community and am honored to build on the legacy that the organization and its past leaders have created.”
An extensive search process led by the NLI Board of Directors and Janus Small Associates began in October 2022 with a survey that captured community input on the position. Harp will lead a staff of 13 at NLI and an alumni base of over 1,300 Neighborhood Leadership Cleveland graduates.
