Letter from President
Happy Fall Y’all!
I’m sure you are all excited about the cooler weather, which means the holidays and entertaining season is just around the corner. With virtual wine tastings, socially distanced backyard picnics, and a drive-through State Fair entertaining looks a lot different, this fall, but we have many great events planned to keep us connected. Check out the website, mark your calendars and join us!  https://www.dallasdeltas.com/upcoming-events
Do not miss our Annual Fall Fiesta on October 13th. It is too late to order Ritas & Queso but not too late to join us for this fun presentation. You do not want to miss it as there is a drawing for a FANTASTIC door prize for those that attend. Contact russebeth@sbcglobal.net to register and get the link for the virtual presentation.
If you love pumpkins, be sure you visit the SMU Tri Delta house to see their beautiful entrance. Snap a photo amongst the fall color, and let's post some Legacy photos!
There is much to commemorate and celebrate. Most of all, it's Fall Y’all! Here’s to the State Fair, college football, pretty pumpkins, and cooler Texas weather.

Delta Love,
Sandra K. Standefer

Chapter Award Nominations
The Chapter Awards are taking a short hiatus this fall, yet we aim to return with our
in-person presentation in 2021. We always strive to make it a special occasion,
one where friends and family can join in the celebration and applaud each recipient’s outstanding contributions and accomplishments. We have recognized 64 Dallas
Tri Deltas since the program’s inception in 1980 and look forward to continuing that tradition when it is safe to do so.
