Woweee! We have our first load this year of fresh shrimp, Medium-Brownies from Pamlico Sound, NC. We also have good quantities of NC Grouper, Flounder, Red Snapper, Mountain Trout, Swordfish, Triggerfish and Yellowfin Tuna. There are some great recipes for the pictures below and an additional one here for a Strawberry/Blueberry Relish which goes great with the grouper and trigger.
