Greetings!

Every now and then someone new comes into your life that impresses you, teaches you and changes you. That person for me is Kevin Hart. I have never listened to him and paid little attention to his rise to fame until recently. I enjoy listening to Audible books and downloaded his new book: I Can't Make This Up to listen to when I am working out almost daily at "Planet Hollywood". I savor everything this filthy-talking comediene utters, and make people next to me laugh at my constant laughing. This is the funniest man I have ever heard and I will buy every book he ever writes. He's a very young man who worked hard to make his claim to fame and has more wisdom about living a good and decent life than some pastors I have heard, he just uses filthy language and a lot of it, cringe-worthy language that is so funny you won't shut him up.

One of the things he said recently will change the way I write my bi-weekly commentaries and that is that everybody has some funny stuff going on in their lives, so talk about that. For many years of writing these newsletters I used personal stories that were filled with levity and that I could laugh about while writing. I plan to return to a levity-filled commentary style from here forth, no matter what advisors from Constant Contact tell me I should or shouldn't write, like keeping everything short for all the folks who are too busy to read some of the really funny BS I have written over the years.

Stay tuned for Tuesday's Trip Alert when I tell you about my recent experience, closing down a local bar, having too many drinks and my ride in the backseat of a HPPD cruiser. I am still laughing. It was one of the funniest things that has ever happened to me. I also welcome your comments on everything I write.

Our salmon is cut from whole fish into huge fillets which are the sides of the fish without bones. We cut these sides into collars, center cut narrow strips, center-cut wide cuts, and tails. 
Collars are the fattiest of all the cuts and are best for sushi mi and sushi. Tails are the least fatty and are best for medium, medium well, and well-done salmon. Center-cut strips and wide cuts are best for grilling, broiling and sauteing.
Please specify which cuts you prefer.
