It's a beautiful morning in Sneads Ferry, NC. I look out across Chadwick Bay, I see the Intercoastal Waterway with a view of our friend's damaged boat dock.

It's unusual that I'm at the coast on a Thursday, but Michael Ned Johnson, our General Manager, is at his lodge in Banner Elk with friends for the weekend.

This is our list of local fish for this week so be sure to pre-order some for this weekend.

Live Blue Crabs
We sell live blue crabs from the Topsail Island area. When the crabs are hearty and meaty, which means they’re not always available. We bring them in for Pre-Orders Only. We need your order by Tuesday evening of the week you want them in order to be picked up on Friday afternoon. We haul them in 40# full-bushels and 20# half-bushels only. Currently bushels of #1 Jimmy crabs are $210.00 and half-bushels are $105.00. #2 crabs are $175 and $87.50, respectively.

We are located in Summerfield at 7403 Summerfield Road and open for business on Friday at noon and 9 AM on Saturdays. In Mooresville, we're always at Josh's Farmers Market, 189 Williamson Road, Mooresville, 1:00 PM on Fridays and 9 AM on Saturdays.

Our salmon is cut from whole fish into huge fillets which are the sides of the fish without bones. We cut these sides into collars, center cut narrow strips, center cut wide cuts, and tails. 
Collars are the fattiest of all the cuts and are best for sushi mi and sushi. Tails are the least fatty and are best for medium, medium well, and well-done salmon. Strips and wide cuts are best for grilling, broiling and sauteing.
Please specify which cuts you prefer.
