We are now planning to be open every Sunday with a smaller supply of fresh seafood and a full supply of frozen including snow crab legs, scallops, crab cakes, Chilean Sea Bass, lobster tails.



We'll do just about anything to catch radically fresh seafood for you!

We close at 6 PM on FRIDAY at all locations

We close SATURDAY at Sell-out or 5 PM

Summerfield Closes at 3 PM on Saturday

Greetings!

It won't be long before I start including tunes about the summer from the likes of Joe Cocker, Chicago, Whitney Duncan and whoever Google reminds me to include. Whitney who, you might ask? She wrote a song about Skinny Dippin that was a lot different than the dippin my cousins and I used to do sixty years ago in Lynches River, South Carolina. There were six to eight of us kids. To get clean from playing in the black dirt of that area, we used bars of Ivory soap that floated. Swimming around hootin' and a'hollering, as the older, "meaner" cousins pulled down the trunks of us younger ones and held us up for all to see.

 I baked one of these recently in a 450 degree oven on a rack with a pat of butter and it was a perfect medium-rare after 20 minutes baking and a 10 minute rest covered with foil. Be sure to take steak out of the refrigerator an hour before and salt and pepper well. Please let me know how this works for you. Everyone is loving these steaks!
