I have been traveling the highways and byways of the east coast for many, many years and have to continually guard against road rage caused by "stoopid" people and it gets worse as the years go by, because these folks weren't taught by their parents or driving school that the left lane ain't theirs to cruise along at whatever speed they choose. Recently, as God and I were driving on I-40 to Raleigh one yahoo after the other would be cruising along in the left lane with no one beside, without a care in the world and raising my level of pisstivity higher and higher when that still quiet voice told me to create the bumper snicker above and make them available so other folks could express their displeasure as well. Apparently, I'm not the only one these people piss off!

CREEKSTONE FARMS NON-GMO ALL NATURAL

 I baked one of these recently in a 450 degree oven on a rack with a pat of butter and it was a perfect medium-rare after 20 minutes baking and a 10 minute rest covered with foil. Be sure to take steak out of the refrigerator an hour before and salt and pepper well. Please let me know how this works for you. Everyone is loving these steaks!
