We must be living right here, because it's a'lookin' like a beautiful seniors' weekend for us here in the Triad and Mooresville/Lake Norman. We're also thankful to the good Lord that the severity of the storm has been downgraded to a Cat-2. Hopefully, our coastal suppliers, frie and our business will be spared all we suffered last year.

CREEKSTONE FARMS NON-GMO ALL NATURAL 

Creekstone Farms, Arkansas City, Kansas

 I baked one of these recently in a 450 degree oven on a rack with a pat of butter and it was a perfect medium-rare after 20 minutes baking and a 10 minute rest covered with foil. Be sure to take steak out of the refrigerator an hour before and salt and pepper well. Please let me know how this works for you. Everyone is loving these steaks!
