Greetings TYI Family,
First, the unsubscribe process is easy if you prefer not to receive any correspondence from Triad Yoga ~ the unsubscribe link is below.
We have missed you, and while we await permission to re-open the studio, we hope you have taken advantage of our free online Zoom classes and well as the recorded Youtube channel classes. Our last studio classes were held on March 16th but since that date, there have been over 2500 visits with live Zoom classes and over 1000 recorded class views! Although not the same, it has been a way for the TYI community to stay connected and see some familiar faces and we are so grateful.
During the time that we have been closed, expenses go on and with that in mind, we will be switching to paid Zoom classes starting Monday, June 1st. We are very aware that many of you have classes left in your accounts and you will be able to use these with the Zoom classes or in person classes when we are allowed to reopen. The classes will need to be reactivated if they have expired.
You will have 4 options after as we move forward.
-Purchase a Zoom Drop-In ~ $10.00
-Purchase a Zoom 30 Day Unlimited Package ~ $50.00
-Purchase one of the Zoom options above, saving your previously purchased (may have expired) classes for when the studio can reopen
-Use your previously purchased classes for the Zoom classes (after your package has been reactivated if it has expired)
The Zoom class schedule will be available on our website,
and will change as we figure out what will work, gradually adding classes and teachers.
We hope to make the registration process as simple as possible. You will need to create an online sign in account using our studio software. If we currently have a correct email for you in your account, that will be what you will use; you will just have to add your preferred password. If you have an email that is different than what we have, a separate account will be created which will not show any prior account history. In this instance, I will need to merge the accounts so they show as one - please let me know at email@example.com.
If you would like to download the Mindbody App for your computer, tablet or phone, please use this link:
The link for your account registration and class sign up is:
If you would like to "attend" the Zoom classes starting June 1st, you will need to register at least
hour prior to the class scheduled time. This is important to remember because the one hour cutoff time will allow you to be emailed a link with the meeting number and password. You may sign up for a class anytime before the one hour cutoff time, you may also cancel your registration through your account if a conflict arises, and there is no limit to the number of attendees for the Zoom class. The software will allow non paying registration which will que me to reactivate your account for classes previously purchased if that is the option that you have chosen.
Many of you have already mailed in cash and checks, some anonymously, and our hearts are warmed by your kindness and generosity. In this case, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know how you want me to apply your most generous offering, be it a Zoom package, regular class package (for later use), or a Studio donation.
One of the positive aspects of this situation, is the reconnect we have had with students that have moved away. I would like to share the comments from a former student, and thank you NB!
To all the FANTASTIC TEACHERS at Triad Yoga Institute but with special note to Sheila P. Wenzel Terry Brown and Jerry Cunningham: I am not sure if you guys will remember me, Sheila I know you will , but I wanted to let you know how much my heart longs for Triad Yoga Institute! It is by far the BEST yoga studio I have found--tho there are a couple other runner ups. I have found your ZOOM classes on You-Tube and absolutely LOVE having the opportunity to practice with you again. It is hard to believe my last visit to the studio was probably back in the Spring of 2009. Boy, where does the time go!! I credit Triad Yoga for giving me the foundation (i.e. firm footing --pun intended..ha ha) to advance my yoga practice over the years! I am currently living in Rhode Island and your You-Tube videos have meant the world to me--especially Terry's joke about putting toilet paper rolls under the knees for Sivasana! I laughed out loud. Words can't express adequately enough how grateful and thankful I am for all of you!!! Continue sharing the teachings and the practice! Sending you lots of love & light!
We look forward to the day when we can reopen the Studio. We are all in this together. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our yoga community as needed.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
