This program will cover theories and tools for persuasive storytelling, including approaches to humanize your client and case to make the jury feel invested. Learn how to identify and develop compelling theories, themes, and frameworks, and how to incorporate them consistently throughout the trial. Additional relevant subjects will be addressed to help attorneys enhance their persuasive storytelling skill set and effectively engage the jury.

This program qualifies for 1 hour of General Participatory Credit in California.
