ο»ΏWHAT IS TRIBE?

Tribe Team Training is small group training that strengthens and

conditions the body through a variety of exercises & coaching.


It is an 8 week program that meets the same day/time 2x per week. We start the 8 week program next week, beginning June 26th. The workout is pre designed; so no need to even think about coming up with your own workout. There is a coach with a consistent small group of people to help you perform the exercises safely and effectively. The workouts and exercises are challenging, yet doable. Tribe at Cascade Athletic Club has delivered results to over 200 athletes per 8 week season for the last 7 years. There is a reason why 200 athletes keep coming back. It works!!


WHY TRIBE?


  • PROGRAMMING: Tribe Team Training is designed to produce the BEST results for each individual athlete. You will never do a workout twice; except the assessment! You do a workout assessment at the beginning of the season; train for 7 weeks and then do the same assessment workout at the end of the season. You will notice the incredible strength & endurance results in just 8 weeks! You won't walk through a season of Tribe without noticing REAL results. You have 4 different programs to choose from. See below for brief descriptions.

  • COACHING: When you need an extra push, when you need a to change the exercise for any reason, when you need guidance on your form, when you need to take note of your progress, when you need to be encouraged on a hard day--Your Coach will be there to deliver. Accountability at its best!!

  • COMMUNITY: Tribe runs in 8 week seasons. You will train with the same 6-10 athletes the entire 8 week season! During this time, you will become each other's support system, cheerleaders and friends. There is NOTHING like the community and accountability that is weaved into the makeup of Tribe Team Training!!

  • FUN: We have a ton of fun!! It's almost impossible to leave a Tribe session without a smile on your face & FEELING LIKE YOU ARE LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE!!

  • ACCOMPLISHMENT: There is a sense of real accomplishment when you overcome the challenges Tribe throws at you. From strength, to endurance, to mental blocks. You will find yourself charging forward in other challenges throughout life because of the confidence Tribe cultivates within you!!

TribeLIFE is our low impact functional exercise workout that gets you fit for life. TribeLIFE will make you functionally fit for whatever challenge life throws at you. It is LIFE (Low Impact Functional Exercise), where movement matters. It is whole-body integrated and explores our movement capability to build vitality and vigor. It combines low impact aerobic movements with functional strength exercises as well as core and flexibility exercises that will give you renewed energy to take on more of what life has to offer.
TribeFIT is the high-intensity functional fitness workout designed to make you fitter, faster and stronger. TribeFIT is designed to make you functionally fit. By combining athletic, aerobic movements with functional strength exercises means the program will have you looking and feeling amazing.
TribeKIDS is our fun youth fitness program that builds fit, healthy and confident kids. Tribe KIDS involves exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do as their bodies grow - pull, push, run, jump, throw, climb & lift. TribeKIDS workouts incorporate athletic drills for coordination and agility, strength and stamina exercises as well as teamwork games and challenges.
TribeCORE brings toning, strength, stability and power to your core. TribeCORE trains the muscles around your deep torso, pelviz, hips, back, shoulders and abdomen. As a result, workouts will leave you with a slim waistline and firm strong abs. TirbeCORE is the foundation to of all training pathways. The training incorporates flexibility and stability training, this ensures structural longevity and powerful pain-free movement.

  5. A coach will contact you via text/call within just a few days to answer any questions you may have! At this time is when you can register for a free session. (Free sessions are for BRAND NEW Tribe athletes only)
  6. Any questions after this, you are welcome to reach out to your Tribe Coach that originally contacted you!
