The Warren County Foundation was deeply saddened to lose our longtime president, Tom Seddon, in early June. Tom’s steady leadership, vision, and dedication shaped our mission in countless ways and left an enduring legacy in our community. His passing is a profound loss not only for the Foundation but for all who worked alongside him. In honor of Tom’s legacy, donations may be made to the Thomas L. Seddon Scholarship Fund, which will provide scholarships for students at the Warren County Career Center. Contributions can be made online at www.warrencountyfoundation.org/donate by selecting the Thomas L. Seddon Scholarship Fund under the Scholarship Funds section.

The Warren County Foundation is entering a new chapter—rooted in community trust, guided by experienced leadership, and committed to transparency every step of the way. Following the unexpected loss of our longtime President & CEO, Tom Seddon, we remain focused on honoring his legacy and strengthening the Foundation’s future.

We’ve taken meaningful action: appointing interim CEO leadership, launching a national search for our next CEO, hiring a new Chief Financial Officer, engaging an outside firm to lead a comprehensive financial reconciliation, and upgrading systems to better serve our donors and partners. These steps reflect our continued dedication to stewardship, service, and stability. We’re grateful for your trust—and we’ll keep working to earn it, every day.
