For all our new and year round clients please take a look at our fun and learning filled October schedule below!
In Person Group classes for October start the week of October 2nd and end the week of October 30th.
Lucky Dog Company will be closed from Monday October 9th thru Tuesday October.17th as Mary will be once again be taking her fall break to teach at Camp Unleashed in North Carolina.
Payment MUST BE MADE either at time of registration via PayPal or at your first class with a CHECK, CASH OR VENMO.
We are SORRY but we DO NOT accept credit cards at this time.
Just as a reminder that we will continue to implement some Covid19 protocols to help keep everyone safe.

Competition Obedience

Whether you just find obedience fun, your new to competing, been away for awhile, or you are competing but not happy with your performance this class can help. To get precise obedience behaviors you need strong foundation skills. This class will teach those skills for newbies and seasoned competitors alike. From heeling, obedience, retrieving and utility, this class will take your game up a notch. Prerequisite Paws Up Basics.

AKC Canine Good Citizen
Therapy Dog Track Level 1

This class will cover all items on the AKC Canine Good Citizen Test. It includes the Canine Good Citizen Testing. All dogs who pass the 10-step CGC evaluation receive a certificate from the American Kennel Club. This is the first of 3 classes that we offer to help with Therapy Dog preparation.

Got a new puppy? This class is for you. Help with all the normal puppy problems like nipping and potty training. Learn how to train your puppy in a fun and positive way. Does your dog need the basics? This class is for you. Help with all the normal behavior problems. Learn how to train your dog in a fun and positive way. This class will help you and your dog learn basics like sit, down, coming when called and loose leash walking. Also learn positive ways to deal with minor behavior issues. Learn the concepts to help your dog be a calm, well behaved member of your family. |

What a Good Dog!
Training Concepts

In this 4 week class packed full of fun exercises and games that you can take home to build your relationship with your dog and work to end those struggles with everyday life skills like Stay, Walking Nicely on Leash, Door Manners, Polite Greetings, Leave It & so many more. Strong relationships lead to better communication and quicker learning.

Tricks are a great way to keep training and building that relationship with your dog! They can also help build your dogs confidence and increase your dog's ability to focus. In this class you will learn new tricks and build on ones you may already know. Dogs can also earn an AKC or DMWYD trick title if they are ready.

AKC
Community Canine
(Therapy Dog Track- Level 2)
|
AKC Community Canine is the advanced level of testing offered by AKC. It tests the ability of your dog to maintain control, good manners and obedience in group situations with other dogs. All dogs who pass the 10 item evaluation receive the CGCA title from the American Kennel Club. These classes help build both handler and dog skills. Prerequisite: AKC CGC class.

The Nose Knows
Scent Work
|
This class will help build confidence, teamwork and sniffing skills with fun games and searches. Put your dog's love for sniffing to work and have fun doing easy to challenging scent work searches. This class is suited for dogs of all ages. This class includes a starter kit with everything you need to get started in scent work.

This class continues where The Nose Knows class ended. More difficult searches, competition type searches and the addition of 2 new scents.
