Joshua Prince has been an advocate for the individual Rights and Liberties of Pennsylvanians for many years as one of Pennsylvania’s most prominent and prolific attorneys. Joshua’s knowledge of Pennsylvania law and his willingness to help those who have been victimized by “the system” is unquestionable. However, what is most compelling is Joshua’s knowledge and respect for the Constitution of Pennsylvania, our state’s rulebook for government and the written guarantee of the rights and liberties for all Pennsylvanians; no matter their race, background, status, or party affiliation.
Joshua Prince has proven time and time again to be an ardent defender of Article 1 Section 21 of the PA Constitution. He has won case after case defeating state and local governments when they have ignored the Constitution, PA Statutory law, and trampled upon the individual's right to keep and bear arms.
I believe that Joshua Prince will be a much needed champion of equitable jurisprudence on the bench and a stalwart “check and balance” against the potential overreach of the legislative and executive branches of the Commonwealth.
