Re-cap Message - Karma and Christ
The term "karma" comes to the West from Hinduism. Karma is about the relationship between cause and effect. Every effect has a cause and every cause gives rise to effects.

The ability to recognize these patterns in life, the karmic relationships between things, is an immense intellectual achievement.

With that said what does one do when the cause cannot be easily discerned or where the circumstances that gave rise to the effect are too difficult or complex to understand. What then? Join Mark as he discusses this challenge and how the way of Jesus shows us the way forward when we don't understand how we got to where we are.

MISSING - Have You Seen It?
Over the past six months, while we have been waiting for our ‘Little Diverse Library’ to be built and installed on the church property, the books have been available to congregants on a table in the upper auditorium.

As part of that display, SC&O used a box with nautical/map illustrations in gold, brown and white on the outside. A week or so ago, this box went missing.

This box has special meaning for Susan Balfour, the owner of the box. If you have any information about where this box might be, please contact Susan at 519-623-0929.

At this time we are needing someone with an I.T. background and/or business background to help with one of our highschool students.
