We will be doing a "hybrid meeting" with meeting attendees in church able to see Zoom attendees.

Meeting link is the same as Sunday Service zoom link below. You will be asked to leave the worship service and rejoin on Zoom for the annual meeting.

Time: Five minutes (for refreshments) after
close of Morning Prayer.

Vestry and Committee Annual Reports
The minutes of the 2022 annual meeting and 2022 reports will not be read in the meeting, so please read the reports before you come to the meeting. You will be asked to accept the minutes and reports in the meeting.

Vestry Elections
Three members are retiring from the Vestry after serving three years as prescribed by our by-laws.

for the leadership and service they have provided during these unrepresented times for Trinity.

Vestry Candidates
At this time we have one candidateto fill the vacated positions on Vestry, Julie Mathis. Thank you Julie for stepping forward!
Nominations are open through the end of Sunday service on the day of the annual meeting, January 22, 2023.
If no other candidates are nominated or come forward, we will have seven Vestry members, with Julie's election, to carry out the responsibilities of running the church.
Our by-laws state we must have a minimum of FIVE Vestry members.

Delegates
We vote for three delegates in the meeting to represent Trinity at the Diocese Annual Convention. Thank you to the candidates who have volunteered to participate and uphold the democratic process in the Episcopal Church.:
