The Season of Advent helps us get ready to enter the Mystery of Christmas. Sometimes, people walk right through a mystery and don't even know it's there. We need a way to get ready.

On the first day of Advent, Sunday, December 3, Trinity will launch a Digital Advent Calendar filled with messages, resources, and activities to help you get ready to enter and come close to a mystery like Christmas.

Trinity Treasures Pre-Christmas Sale (November 17-20) - HoHoHo! Christmas is actually about six weeks away, but it will be here before we know it! Trinity Treasures is having a Pre-Christmas sale (40% off!) in the Bishops Hall foyer beginning Friday, November 17 and ending on Monday, November 20. There are fun and religious gifts, decorative items, and Saints and LSU items.  Come check us out and get a jump on your holiday shopping!

Interfaith Thanksgiving Service (November 16) - Multiple faith communities gather annually for this Thanksgiving service, hosted this year by St. Charles Avenue Presbyterian Church (1545 State Street) at 6:00pm with reception to follow. Homily by Rabbi Daniel Sherman of Temple Sinai.

Thanksgiving Day Worship at Christ Church Cathedral (November 23) - For those looking for a worship opportunity on Thanksgiving Day, our own Rev. Annie Knazs Jung will be preaching on Thursday, November 23 at 10:00am at the Cathedral (2919 St Charles Ave).

Poinsettia Delivery! (November 28, 29 or 30) Bring a little holiday cheer to someone from our Trinity Family! Would you be willing to deliver a poinsettia to one of our elderly or isolated parishioners? Poinsettias will be ready to deliver between Tuesday and Thursday, November 28-30. You can deliver one or deliver ten! Please contact melliott@trinitynola.com.
