Trinity Kids Happenings
January 2020
A Note from Rachael
Happy New Year! As I reflect on this past year, I am so, so grateful for each one of you, for your encouragement, and for your trust in us to partner with you in teaching your kids about our great God. Your kids are the sweetest, and I love seeing them on Sundays! I want to encourage you to consider picking up one of the family devotionals and incorporating it into your family schedule - even if you just read it two or three times a week. Your family will be blessed by the time together, and as you reinforce the Sunday School lesson, you help them grow deeper in God's Word. I am praying for you as we partner with you to disciple your kids for Christ!
January Missions
Ken & Monica Luse (picture on left): They partner with the local Church in Romania through preaching, teaching, discipleship training, and pastoral guidance. They also evangelize and disciple international medical students. Pray for God's grace over their Romanian community and their neighboring international students, that many lives would be changed as they learn about the Good News of the Gospel.

Pregnancy Care Center (picture on right): PCC is a Christ-honoring ministry dedicated to serving women, babies, and families in the Central Valley. PCC presents the hope of the Gospel found in Christ alone, while providing life-giving help to men and women facing unplanned pregnancies. Pray that each woman and family who receives help from PCC would come to know the love and hope of Jesus Christ and that they would choose life for their baby. Pray for all those serving at PCC to shine brightly the light of Christ as they counsel and love women and families.
Sunday School
First service  is continuing in the Old Testament (OT) chronologically. Every week they also learn "Where is Jesus" in connection with the lesson. Ask your kids what they learned about Jesus in the OT in Sunday School.

Second service  is continuing in the New Testament (NT) chronologically. Every week they also learn "Where is the Gospel" in connection with the lesson. Ask your kids what they learned about the Gospel (the good news!) in Sunday School.

Family Follow Up
Sword Bible Memory
Hide God's Word in your heart! Help your kids memorize their Sword Bible Memory each month.

Family Devotional Schedule
Continue exploring God's Word as a family through the companion family devotionals for both the Old Testament and New Testament. They are available for $10 through Children's Ministries.
BSK (Bible Study Kids)
BSK is a Bible Study where kids learn from the same book of the Bible their parents are studying in Brother-to-Brother (B2B) and Sister-to-Sister (S2S). BSK includes singing songs of worship, memorizing scripture, and having fun while doing it!

This Spring, we are learning about 1 and 2 Samuel. BSK meets on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30 p.m. (preschool-4th grade) and Thursday mornings from 9:00-11:00 a.m. (nursery-preschool; homeschool).
