Hello Trinity Kids families! How are you all doing? We want to continue to support you as you help your children with their distance learning as well as intentionally disciple them in these interesting days we are in. We will be sending out two emails each week:
Trinity Kids Happenings Midweek and
Trinity Kids Happenings Sunday. This email includes ways you can continue to teach and converse with your kids from 1 & 2 Samuel (our BSK focus), as well as resources for tutoring, coloring sheets, and Easter! We love you all and are praying for you. Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram if you aren't already, as we are posting things there regularly as well. Finally, let us know how we can be praying for your family. My prayer for you . . . "Let all who take refuge in You be glad, let them ever sing for joy. Spread Your protection over our Trinity Kids families that those who love Your name may rejoice in You" (Psalm 5:11).
BSK (Bible Study Kids) Resources
Things you can do with your kids:
Select and read a short passage from the Bible from your Bible Study lesson with your kids. Share insights you gained and ask them what they learned about God in that passage.
Continue to review the memory verses: click here to see a video of Rachael practicing the verses with your kids.
Watch an episode from volume 5 of What's in the Bible? called"Israel Gets a King" (This is a series geared towards explaining the Bible to children.) Note: The link is through RightNow Media which is a wonderful resource for Bible studies as well as movies for your children. Worship and move with your kids! Listen to the BSK CD together -- have your kids teach you the motions to the songs!
We Want to See You!
Email us photos and videos of your kids singing BSK songs, reciting their BSK or Sword Bible Memory verses, coloring pages or making cards of encouragement, or watching our Trinity Worship Service from home so we can share them on social media. Let's get connected virtually! :-) (And if you would rather us not share these on social media, please let us know.)
Easter Devotional
