Create Your Own Collaboration Grant

This DRT grant offers up to $1,000 to support innovative collaborative faith formation initiatives between PC(USA) congregations and/or ecumenical partners. Applications are due by October 1 for grants to be awarded in November 2026. Find form using the following link: CYOC GRANT APPLICATION

The Discipleship and Resource Team has been busy promoting and/or sponsoring events, as well as providing resources to fulfill its mission to:


1. encourage faith formation for all people, 2. connect congregations and individuals

with educational resources,

3. support life-long discipleship and
 education,

4. provide opportunities for congregationa

leaders to establish coaching or

mentoring relationships with colleagues,

and

5. encourage the practice of good

stewardship of God's creation through

environmental stewardship,

programming, and ministry.

Guns to Gardens Event, Saturday September 26th


McGregor Presbyterian Church, located at 6505 St. Andrews Rd, Columbia, SC, 29212, is sponsorig a *Guns to Gardens event at the church on Saturday. September 26th, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.


*Anonymous Disposal/Recycling of Unwanted Firearms

Details:

10:30 a.m. - 12: 30 p.m.

Gun Disposal (Campus restricted to gun donors and authorized volunteers).

Gun donors must remain in their vehicle.

Firearms must be unloaded, in working order, and stored in the trunk or back of vehicle.

Firearm donors will receive gift cards donation, while they last.

Firearms will be dismantled and cut up while the donor is present.

Later the remaining metal will be used to create garden tools, art, and jewelry by Raw Tools South.

Union Presbyterian Seminary Symposium 2026
