Caring Network Virtual
Baby Bottle Drive
Trinity's Lutherans for Life Team is hosting a contactless Baby Bottle Drive to help Caring Network with their mission. Our goal is to raise $5,000 by Sunday, 8/7. Additionally all donations to this Bottle Drive will be matched by a generous Caring Network donor! 

What is a contactless Baby Bottle Drive? Instead of collecting cash and change into a physical baby bottle, monetary donations will be collected online into a "virtual" baby bottle! You can read more about the drive at https://www.caringnetwork.com/baby-bottle-drive.

To donate to our virtual online baby bottle, click the button below. Choose "Baby Bottle Drive" in the Project Designation drop down and also put "Trinity Lutheran Church - Roselle" into the Organization name section so that our donations are tracked together.

Back to School Worship Services!
Sunday, August 14 8:30a & 11:00a
We are having our annual Back to School Worship services on Sunday, August 14! We will be:
  • Blessing all educators and those who work in an education environment in our community
  • Praying for our local schools, that God will help them provide nurturing learning environments for our youth
  • Blessing the backpacks of all students and giving them a keychain for their backpacks to remind them that Jesus is with them everywhere they go.

Mark your calendars for confirmation classes to start up again in September for kids in grades 6-8! Information about registering for classes will be coming soon!

Trinity's school offers an excellent Christian education to students aged 3 years to 8th grade. Students who graduate from Trinity are well prepared for high school and beyond. We also have a variety of grants and discounts available to aid with tuition payments!

Tours are available and spots are open in all classes for the 2022-2023 school year!
Open Position with our School Extended Care Program!
Trinity is looking for someone to help in our extended care program. Hours are 3:00-6:00p Monday to Friday during regular school days with additional time on half days and no-school days that care is provided. Must be over 18 years of age and enjoy working with kids ages 3 to 13 yrs. Salary is hourly at $15.00/hr. If interested in applying for this position, please email laura.steger@trinityroselle.com.
EMPOWER ILLINOIS - A TAX CREDIT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Support students in low-income or working-class families by providing towards scholarships for their education while receiving a 75% state tax credit! Donations are now going toward scholarships for the 2022-2023 school year. More information can be found on our school website.
Serving
Summer is a great time to think about how you can serve at Trinity! Looking for a simple place to start? Consider being an usher on Sundays! Or something more behind the scenes would be our counters who organize the donations from the offering plate into categories for our finance department.

Dignity for Girls Workshop
Quilters, crafters and sewers with varying degrees of skills come together at a workshop event to create hygiene kids for women in developing countries. There is something for everyone to do including cutting, ironing, sewing, installing snaps for example.

The next workshop will be held on August 13 from 9:00a-1:00p at the Trinity Community Center (233 N Maple Ave Roselle). Contact Rogene Lis at rogeneannlis@gmail.com if interested in attending.
Fellowship Groups/Events
Family Summer Fellowship
While Elevate is off for the summer, join us for Family Summer Fellowship days where families can come together between regular Sunday morning services to sing songs, hear a bible story/lesson, do crafts, play games and of course have some snacks! Will be held 7/24 9:45-10:45a in the Family Life Center.

Roselle Centennial Celebration Year!
Did you know that Trinity is one of the few organizations to have been around at the birth of Roselle? The school was established in 1899 and the church in 1910.
