Hello Trinity,

My name is Laura Finley, your new Kids Ministry Coordinator. It is an honor to be on staff at the church I was fortunate enough to grow up in. Trinity's kid ministry was a large part of my life growing up, and I hope to have the same large impact on our kids here today.

Here at Trinity, we strive to connect kids to God by guiding them to a life rooted in Christ. We partner with parents to foster faith in kids from birth to 5th grade through engaging bible stories, games, worship, and more!

This month we have so many new updates to our ministry!

  • Safety is our number one priority! We have started a check-in station to provide extra safety for our kids. Parents will check their kids into church through an iPad and receive a nametag with an individualized code. This code will match the child to their parent to ensure safety during services and pick-up times.

  • We have begun using a new curriculum from Grow! This curriculum provides engaging and age-appropriate ways to connect our kids to God. Each month we will adventure into a new theme. This month we dived into "Measure Up," learning through stories of Jesus's early life and ministry.

  • Trinity Kids has a new logo! This new theme and logo have been prayerfully thought over. The purpose of a kids' ministry is to work with parents in guiding their children to Christ. When the seeds of faith are planted as kids, then our kids can continue to grow in faith through kids' ministry, student ministry, and into adulthood. As they grow and continue their faith journey, they will become more rooted in Christ!

2023 holds many exciting things for Trinity Kids! I would love for you to be a part of the fun. If you have a heart for Jesus and a heart for kids, we want you to serve with us! Thank you, Trinity, for all you do to support the kids of our church and our community.

With Love,

Laura Finley

Mission Possible Bible Study

Our next Wednesday night study for January and February is Tim Tebow’s brand new “Mission Possible,” and it looks awesome. Here’s the description for the series: “We want to do more than just exist. We want our lives to count. We want to believe there’s more to our time on earth than just feeling pleasure, pursuing goals, and gaining social status. Deep inside, we know the truth: our life’s mission is to live with purpose. For followers of Christ, living out that mission is possible because of what God has done for us through Jesus. We just need to know the steps to make it happen. In this exclusive Bible study series, which includes six fifteen-minute video sessions, Tim Tebow introduces the tools to set your priorities and align your choices with God’s call on your life.
