Call for Artists
Artists Needed for Trinity UMC Lent
Trinity United Methodist Church is seeking local artists to interpret the Seven Last Words of Christ from the Cross (more information below) and display this work at the church during Lent, March 6 - April 21. Trinity hopes to find multiple visual artists who can create pieces inspired by the Last Word and overall theme as listed below. One artwork for each of the seven words are needed.

The work will be on display in the sanctuary and parlor throughout the Lenten season and featured prominently during Trinity Fusion on Monday, April 15 at 6 pm. We ask that artists commit to one of the seven words and deliver the work to the church to install by Thursday, February 28 (or make other arrangements).

We are open to all mediums including painting, photography, sculpture, pottery, textiles, and other 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional forms.
