All children 1–18 yrs old eat for free at the Trinity Café! Adults are $4.00 for breakfast and $6.00 for lunch. Enter through the gym doors.

Associate Paster & Principal Installations

Sunday, July 6 | 9:00 AM & 3:00 PM

We are thrilled that Rev. Daryn & Dr. Karen Bahn have accepted our calls for associate pastor and school principal respectively! Karen will be installed on Sunday, July 6 during the 9:00 AM service. Join us for a breakfast potluck and card shower downstairs in the fellowship hall after the service (Sign up to bring items below.) Pastor Bahn will be installed on the same day at 3:00 PM with a cake reception afterward.

July 10 is the last day to make changes to your address, phone # or email address for the upcoming directory.

Church members may update their information by contacting the church office, 319-366-1569, churchoffice@trinitycr.org, OR writing your new information on your attendance card and placing it in the collection plate during worship.

School families may update their information by contacting the school office, 319-362-6952, schooloffice@trinitycr.org.

Singles Group

Sunday, July 13 & Saturday, July 26

Singles, you are invited to join Zion Lutheran in Hiawatha for their two July church singles events. On Sunday, July 13, we'll meet at 1:00 PM at Twin Pines Golf Course to play miniature golf (follow the detour signs from 32nd St NE). The second event will be on Saturday, July 26 to attend a 6:35 PM Kernals baseball game and enjoy the fireworks afterwards. We will meet at the ticket stand at 6:15 PM. Tickets are $18 to sit in the shade. Please RSVP to either Zion at 319-393-2013 or Cindy Gewecke at 319-929-3077.

Community STEM Day

Thursday, July 17 | 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

You are invited to the second annual Community STEM Day, hosted by the SE Iowa STEM Council, at the Collins Aerospace campus. Explore outdoor booths set up with fun and engaging activities for all students, kindergarteners – 12th graders. You'll find in-depth workshops with robots, prostatic hands, drones and light-up cards. Exclusive tours of Collins Aerospace labs will also be available, pre-registration required (click on 'More Info' below). We will also have a large variety of food trucks serving breakfast, lunch, and snack foods for purchase. We hope to see you for this great event full of STEM learning fun!

Camp Io-Dis-E-Ca Summerfest

Saturday, July 26

Join us for this year's Summerfest & Fundraiser Auction at Camp Io-Dis-Ca in Solon! We're kicking things off with the all-new Camp Activity Quest, starting at 10:00 AM! Lunch will be provided for sale beginning at Noon, with the auction to follow at 1:00 PM! The Camp Activity Quest is open to the public with free admission. We will be giving away six camp scholarships – 3 for kids and 3 for adults. To enter the raffle all you need to do is show up and participate in Camp activities! Upon arrival, you will be given a punch card for each open activity. These include the rock wall, horses, archery, and even a bouncy house for the young kids! Once you complete every activity, you will be entered into the raffle for camp scholarships. Come and show your support for Camp Io-Dis-Ca so we can continue to provide a high-quality Christian camping experience that's affordable for all campers and guests.
