TRINITY’S SUMMER FRED TALKS:
Adults of Trinity, get ready – FRED returns to Trinity for the summer beginning June 2! Similar to the well-known TED Talks, Trinity’s FRED Talks offer a wide variety of topics that help open our eyes and hearts to God, God’s creation, and God’s children.

iscussion, FRED Talks may range from Christian theological and Biblical discussions to other religions to the needs in our community and our world. But the talks’ focus and discussions always help us with our faithful response to issues and people as followers of Christ. The talks take place in Trinity’s Gearing Hall on Sunday mornings from 9:15 to 10:15am with refreshments and fellowship time beginning at 9:00am. A FRED Talks brochure detailing the class offerings is in the mail to Trinity households along with the summer newsletter.
SAVE THE DATES FOR “TRINITY ADVENTURES”!
On the evenings of June 9, 10, and 11, Trinity will host Trinity Adventures which will include dinner and activities for all children and youth as well as parenting classes for adults. Details are in the summer newsletter which is in the mail to Trinity households.
“GALS ON THE GO!” OUTING TO KEO ON JUNE 12:
Women of Trinity, our next field trip has been set for Wednesday, June 12! We’ll make our annual pilgrimage out to Keo for lunch at Charlotte’s Eats and Sweets and enjoy great shopping at the Blue Moose Boutique. Meet in the church parking lot at 11:00am to carpool. Please let us know if you plan to attend by calling or texting Nancy Howell (501-519-3281) or Susie Haynes (501-351-6284) so that we can make reservations for lunch.
WOMEN’S POOL PARTY ON JUNE 13:
Attention Trinity women & friends—save the evening of Thursday, June 13 for a Women’s Summer Pool Party at Jenny Smiley’s home. Details are in the summer newsletter which is in the mail to Trinity households.
BEER TASTING AT TRINITY ON JUNE 20:
We’re having a Beer Tasting led by Matt Foster, founder of Flyway Brewery, on Thursday, June 20 from 6:00 to 8:00pm in the Fellowship Hall! The cost is $10.50 per person. There is limited seating, so sign up and pay by calling the church office at 501-868-5848 or by filling out the form on Trinity’s website at www.TrinityPresLR.com. This event, sponsored by Trinity’s Fellowship Division, was created to be both a fellowship event and outreach to our community, so make sure you invite guests!
