Greetings!
This month, Maricopa County faced some of the most extreme heat in history.
According to the Arizona Republic, August 7th was the hottest August day in over 120 years, reaching a blistering 118 degrees.
For those without shelter or access to air conditioning and clean water, this kind of heat can be deadly. That’s why we’re asking for your help.
A long-time supporter of Keys to Change has generously pledged to match the cost of the first five pallets of water toward our goal of a full truckload.
At Key Campus, we go through about 24,000 bottles of water each week, around 3 bottles per person every day. This water is a lifeline for those we serve.
