Tuesday, August 2

  • 6th Grade Student Orientation: 7:50-10:15 AM (Drop-off begins at 7:30 AM)

  • New-to-Trivium 7th-11th Grade Student Orientation: 7:50-9:30 AM  (Drop-off begins at 7:30 AM)

Students should wear full uniform to their orientation and bring a folder, paper and pen/pencil for taking notes/collecting hand outs. This year, students will receive their textbooks and locker assignments during orientation, so they may also bring locker supplies, as they will have a short time to set up their lockers on this day.

For student drop-off, please enter campus from the northbound direction on Bullard and exit via Palm Lane when dropping off/picking up students. 6th-11th students will enter through the doors on the southeast side of campus and proceed to the gym for an assembly, after which they will receive their textbooks, locker assignments and class schedules.

**Please note: Student Orientation is for students only. Parents are invited to attend our Middle School Curriculum Night and/or our High School Curriculum night later in August where they will have the opportunity to hear from their students' teachers and learn about the curriculum in more detail.

Traffic Flow for Student Drop-off/Pick-up

Please review the Traffic Flow Procedures for Student Drop-off/Pick-up and talk to your students about how pick-up will work for your family before the first day of school. The safety of your children is our top priority and we thank you for partnering with us to make our pick-up safe and support traffic flow. Detailed information regarding traffic flow can be found here or in our Family Handbook.

If you have Archway Trivium West students that you are transporting to/from campus along with your Trivium Prep students, please refer to the Archway Traffic Flow/Drop-off & Pick-up procedures for additional information that may apply to your family.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS: When you reach the Prep Drop-off/Pick-up Zone on the south side of campus, please ONLY stop your car for drop-off/pick-up of students in the outer two lanes. ALWAYS leave the center lane clear for cars to exit campus, once they have picked up students.

Students being dropped of in the right-hand lane must use the crosswalk to reach the sidewalk. Please use caution at all times when entering/exiting campus.
