Dear Trivium Prep Families,

Welcome to the 2026-2027 academic school year! We are thrilled to welcome our returning Knights back to campus and extend a warm, enthusiastic welcome to all of our new families joining our community.

At Trivium Preparatory Academy, our shared mission remains steadfast: to cultivate the minds and hearts of students through the pursuit of Truth, Goodness, and Beauty. The center of our school is the classroom, driven by the rich tradition of Socratic dialogue. This year promises to be a journey filled with profound academic growth, meaningful self-discovery, and the cultivation of virtue.

To ensure our scholars are set up for an environment of focused learning and mutual respect, please review these key expectations excerpted from the Trivium Prep Family Handbook:

Uniform and Dress Code

  • Purpose over fashion: The uniform signifies our common purpose and frees students to pursue intellectual and moral development without the distractions of fad and fashion.
  • Socks must be free of logos.
  • No pop culture on backpacks, bags, etc.
  • Neatness counts: Uniform items must be properly fitting, neat in appearance, and free of stains, tears, or excessive wear.
  • Shirts must be properly tucked in; this includes a belt that is visible.
  • Body art restriction: Temporary or permanent visible tattoos are not permitted, including pen and ink drawing or writing on the skin.
  • Administrator directive: If an item of dress or appearance is deemed incongruent with Academy standards, the student must correct it immediately.

Classroom Expectations

  • The center of community: Knowing the handbook helps our families join the larger Academy family as we share common values and expectations.
  • Respect for authority and the learning environment: Scholars must arrive on time, remain inside their scheduled classrooms, and treat adults and peers with a high degree of respect.
  • Professional presentation: Just as we provide guidelines for the classroom, scholars are expected to project an image of professionalism in all school-related environments.

Academic Integrity

  • The Honor Code: Intellectual honesty is core to our classical mission; specific guidelines apply to any form of academic dishonesty.
  • Shared values: We encourage parents to actively read the mission statement and honor code with their children to build a culture of accountability.

We are deeply grateful for your partnership and look forward to an incredible, transformative year ahead. Please review the full digital edition of the 2026-27 Family Handbook with your scholar on the Trivium Prep Website before the first day of school.

Warmest regards,
